The challenge
Launching a new skincare brand into a crowded and competitive market, while translating Louise’s 25+ years of skincare expertise and trusted client relationships into a compelling digital-first brand.

The solution
Working closely with Louise, I developed a brand identity that reflects her calm authority and personal story. User research and feedback from her loyal client base shaped both the brand strategy and tone. The result is a simple but confident visual identity with playful, human touches — built for shelf appeal, digital clarity, and long-term growth.
The Shopify site is clean, accessible, and crafted to bring the in-clinic experience online — extending Louise’s ethos of inclusive, results-led skincare to a wider audience.
